Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

If your order only has ‘in stock’ items, then your order will be dispatched within two business days (Mon-Fri. Excluding Public Holidays)  Canvas prints are excluded from this time frame, due to needing a few days between being printed and varnished and drying time for the varnish. Currently our Canvas Print options are unavailable due to our varnish supplier having issues making their product.

Products that we source from other suppliers locally in Esperance are hand crafted by them and delivered to us. If you have one of these items included in your order, it will ship with the rest of your order once we have received the item(s)

If you have ordered items that are on Pre-Order along with "in stock" items, then your entire order will not ship until all items are in our hands.

Any Pre-Ordered items will usually ship within 4 weeks of the date you place your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are based in Esperance.  A beautiful coastal town in regional Western Australia.  We ship with Australia Post (they're our only choice).  Our local Post Office is not open on Saturday's, so if we ship your order on a Friday, it may not leave Esperance until the following week.

As we are located right down the bottom of Western Australia (and basically as far away from anywhere as you can get) please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.  Usually our packages arrive earlier than that, but 10 business days is a starting guide for minimum allowance before starting to panic about where your order is.

Do you ship signature on delivery?

Yes, all orders are shipped with signature on delivery.  This is to ensure packages are not left at your door with the potential to be stolen.  We do not offer an option to not sign on delivery, sorry.

When will you take payment for my order?

When we confirm the item(s) you have ordered are available and we have them packaged ready to ship. We will then accept your authorised payment and your card or PayPal account will be debited.

As our in-store POS system does not sync with our Online store we sometimes have not had a chance to update our inventory online when we sell items in-store.  If any item(s) you've ordered are not available, we will offer you an alternative if we have it (such as a different colour for example) it will be up to you if accept the change. If you decide not to take the alternative, we will cancel your order and your authorised payment will be released back to you.

What do you mean by authorised payment?

We manually accept payments, which means when you order with us your card provider or PayPal will hold the amount you authorise and it will show as "pending".  We have a set amount of time to accept your payment before it expires and the money is available back in your account.  

How do gift cards work with your store?

Gift cards are the standard electronic version.  You will purchase online through the cart and an email will be sent to you with the code ready to print. If you are gifting the gift card (which actually is the reason to buy a gift card right!?) then you will email the code to the person you have purchased it for.  

Gift cards purchased online are only valid for purchases online - unfortunately they are not redeemable in-store. Ensure you keep the email / code you are sent in a safe place.

If you would like a physical gift card (Redeemable in-store only), please purchase one in-store or Contact Us to organise payment. We can then fill out an in-store gift card ready for your recipient to pick up from us.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
